Dana is a master educator and has years of hands-on real estate experience as Richard Robbins’ partner in their highly successful real estate brokerage firm in the Toronto area. Dana holds a Masters Degree in Education from Queen’s University focusing on adult motivation and is also a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Dana is our Masters Edge Certification Lead Trainer and is responsible for training all brokers, managers and leaders at all levels to become certified to educate their agents in Masters Edge training systems.

Karrie-Ann holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a marketing major, and boasts over 11 years of sales experience (8 of which were in a high level leadership role). Karrie-Ann’s energy, ability to think outside the box and communication skills with both clients and team members has earned her an outstanding reputation as a consummate professional in this industry.
