Ten Module Learning Series Objectives
Module 1: BUSINESS MASTERY
The objective of Business Mastery is to assist you in developing not only a simple, achievable business plan, but more importantly, a business mindset. You will identify your strengths and what we refer to as your personal “area of excellence.” With this, you will create a simple business plan designed specifically around your personal and business objectives and learn to set achievable weekly goals.
Module 2: LEAD MASTERY
The objective of this module is to develop a lead generating system designed to create an abundance of leads. You will learn highly effective lead follow up, and become proficient at lead generation methods designed to create a consistent and predictable stream of highly qualified leads.
This module will demonstrate the key elements of the sales process as well as outline four steps to mastering what we call Strategic Influence: (1) preparation; (2) investigation; (3) education; and (4) recommendation. This module will also explain how to effectively role play.
Module 3: SALES MASTERY
The objective of Sales Mastery is to help you overcome conditions and handle objections without fear, allowing you to increase your sales efficiency. Sales Mastery will also delve deep into assisting you in the development of a unique value proposition that will set you apart from your competition.
Module 4: LISTING MASTERY
This module walks you through a 10 Step Listing Process from lead conversion to setting the appointment and ultimately the listing presentation. You will learn to become proficient at obtaining more listings through systematic professional preparation and effective listing presentations.
Module 5: BUYER MASTERY
This module demonstrates how to convert a buyer inquiry to a lead and ultimately, an appointment. This module also features a 10 Step Buyer Process and discusses buyer agency. The objective of Buyer Mastery is to convert more buyer inquiries to transactions by following a system that provides more value to the client.
Module 6: CUSTOMER MASTERY
This module focuses on creating positive, memorable experiences for your clients. You will learn how to create a value proposition to communicate your unique contribution and bring continuous value to your clients’ lives. The objective of this module is to help you create and increase customer loyalty.
Module 7: WEB AND INTERNET MASTERY
This module will inform you of some of the key elements of an effective and highly impactful website that generates leads daily and conveys an online presence that will suit your business. The key objective of this module is to assist you in communicating your web/internet needs to a web developer and search engine optimizer.
Module 8: FINANCIAL MASTERY
The objective of Financial Mastery is to assist you in developing key habits that will lead to financial independence. You will learn the power of accountability in your finances, create monthly profit and loss statements, and create a system for ongoing tracking and monitoring for continuous improvement.
Module 9: SELF MASTERY
The objective of Self Mastery is to learn to become a master of ourselves rather than a slave to our impulses. Sales Mastery will assist you in developing a highly productive “ideal” week by dividing your day into personal activities, productive activities and administrative activities. It delves deep into self-management rather than time management and helps you understand the importance of time blocking.
Module 10: FINAL MASTERY
This module ties all modules together and focuses on the importance of making a commitment when it comes to transcending mediocrity and striving for excellence in everything we do.
